Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
We charge via Ninja Van shipping :
- Peninsular Malaysia RM8
- Sabah & Sarawak RM15 via Poslaju shipping
- Tracking numbers are emailed once posted
Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
- Orders made are posted from Monday to Friday.
- Our courier service is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Friday, excluding every Saturday, Sunday and local public holidays (Malaysia).
- Orders made on Friday, after 1pm will only be shipped on Monday.
- If customers do not receive their order within 3-5 working days, please contact [email protected] to track your order or whatsapp us at number +6016-7511081 (office hour).
Q3: If I received wrong item or defect item, can I ask for exchange?
- If you received faulty item, you can return it within 7 days of original receipt for exchange with same faulty item; collection, colour, and size.
- If the faulty is from HQ, HQ will bear the shipping cost. However, it the faulty is from the customer, customer need to bear the shipping cost (under specific issues)
- All exchange item cannot be refunded with money, it must be with the item.
